Chapter 26

In the morning the girls got up earlier than the guys...they were ready to leave this rundown place...

"Quan Dai Ca...let's take a look at the map again and see which direction we should go to...with Ho Phi Dai Ca here he should be able to help us find our destination with ease..." Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) suggested.

They were examining the map and heard noises outside the temple...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan put the map back into his belt and they went outside to see who it was. Everyone was surprised that it was Ung Dai Du(Kent) and Duong Tieu Mai(Jamie), except for So Yen. This time Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan is a little bit suspicious about Ung Dai Du too..since he seems to showed up at the right time all the time...

"Ung Cong Tu? What a surprise to see you here too..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan greeted him.

"Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....Ho Phi...Cac Co Nuong!!" he acted surprised to see them...."This is Duong Co Nuong...she's showing me around this town...what are you doing in here? I thought you stayed at the inn in town?" he sounded like he didn't know about the fire going on lastnight.

"Oh...it got burned down so we had to spend the night here..." Ho Phi replied.

"Anyways....so where are you guys staying from now?" Ung Dai Du asked as he was concerned.

"We're nguoi giang ho ma....anyplace is a shelter....we don't worry about that too much Ung cong Tu..." So Yen replied...she doesn't want to tell him where they were heading to...."Since you have company, we don't want to disturb you....Ung Cong Tu...chao!!" she rushed the others off. They all said goodbyes and left Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai alone.

"Your friends are so weird...they don't seem to like to stick around too much..." Tieu Mai commented...she saw the look from Ung Dai Du towards So Yen....she doesn't like it...but being a rich girl and have high class...she doesn't show her anger that easily.

"Yeah...they are on a some sort of a quest...I guess they were in a hurry...don't mind them.." he told her..."Duong co Nuong...didn't you say your father wanted to see me?" he asked.

"Yes...let's go...he's expecting us....I thought you wanted to get something from here that's why you asked me to take you here first?" she told him.

"Oh...I must have forgotten where I dropped it...never mind...it's not important...let's go see your father..." he convinced her. They left to her place.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan, Ho Phi, So Yen, and the girls headed to sea. The map lead them to an island,Dao Chuc Nu. They got on land but no one lives there. It was a deserted island. They took the map out and followed it. But they couldn't find where the treasure was hidden. They were lost....

"Quan Dai Ca... it's getting dark and there is no place for us to spend the night.." Chi Hoa(Margie) was concerned.

"Maybe we have to camp under the stars tonight then..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told them. They went gather some firewoods and caught some game and fish for dinner.

That night the wind was extremely cold and windy. The fire was barely bright enough to keep them warm....

"For some reason I feel so weird about this place...it's kinda eyrie..." said Thanh Thanh(Gigi) a bit scared.

"I know ....me too..."Chi Hoa(Margie) second the notion. Dong Nhi nodded in agreement...All of a sudden the howling of the wolves startled the girls and So Yen...the jumped and screamed....They all ran over to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and Ho Phi...

"Don't be frightened girls..." Ho Phi comfort them..he liked the ideas all these pretty girls hanging onto him...well, it was Dong Nhi and Chi Hoa that grabbed his arms. So Yen and Thanh Thanh were over by Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan.

"You girls just go to sleep...Ho Phi and I will stay up watching over you..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told them...."I'll keep you company then.." So Yen wanted to stay up with him....He nodded with a smile.

"You two love birds can stay up all night if you want to.....I'll go to sleep with these girls..." Ho Phi jokingly said with a smile on his face...

"In your dreams Ho Phi Dai Ca!!!" the girls pushed him away and they went over by the fire and laid down in a group to sleep.

"Well, I offered my protection and they rejected it...." Ho Phi shrugged...."But don't worry...I won't interfere with you two.." he laughed and went to the other side of the fire and closed his eyes.

So Yen and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan sat down close by. They were observing the stars in the sky...."Do you remember the first time we looked at the stars together?" So Yen asked him.

"Yes...How could I forget....you looked so innocent and free that night..." he told her as he turned to look at her. They smiled.

"I hope everynight is as beautiful and starry as tonight.." she commented...."Quan Dai Ca...do you see those two brightest stars up there?" She pointed into the sky...."Do la sao Nguu Lang Chuc Nu....it's so sad how they were kept apart as a punishment..." she was a bit sad/touched.

"At least they can see each other once a year..." he said as he looked at them.

"If one day we were to be far apart, do you still wait for me like Nguu Lang?" She softly asked him.

He looked over at her...then put his hand around her....and said.."of course I will wait for you..." they looked deep into each others eyes and she laid her head on his shoulder. With a big smile on her face...."Quan Dai Ca..."
He smiled then wrapped his other hand around her...enclosing her in his arms. They sat there all night looking at the stars...and she fell asleep in his arms once again.

The next morning...

The sun rised way up high in the sky and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen were up already....they went catching some fish for breakfast. The girls got up before Ho Phi even did...

"You girls are up already?" Ho Phi sleepily said...

"Yeah...sleep like a pig... and you want to protect us? I think the wolves might have swallowed us up and you wouldn't know about it coz you're still sleeping...." Thanh Thanh(Gigi) told him in a mocking way.

He laughed...."Well, when I'm sleeping I'm kinda deep into it..but if you girls have a bottle of good wine...that would wake me up right away.." he told them and laughed.

"Where is Quan Dai Ca and So Yen?" Chi Hoa(Margie) asked...

"Don't know...they might be somewhere for a little privacy..." Ho Phi was make a joke.

"Talking behind our backs?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen came back with some juicy flopping fishes.

"Quan Dai Ca....wow...that's some nice looking fishes you got there.." Dong Nhi commented...as she took it from his hand...."Let's bbq them..." She and the girls stuck the fishes on a stick and bbq them on the fire.

"Let's see the map again....maybe there is some key point that we missed earlier..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told So Yen as he took the map out from his belt. They sat close to the fire and looked at it more closely this time....

"The fish is ready!!" Thanh Thanh took the hot skin-charcoaled fish and gave it to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...It sliped from the stick and dropped onto the map....the map fell into the fire....So Yen quickly grabbed it from the fire and got burned a little on her finger...

"Let me see...." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan grabbed her hand...and looked at her burn...."Are you ok?" he asked as he was holding her hand.

"I'm ok...it's just a little burn...I'm been burned more than that..." she told him...very comforting to see him fussing over her little finger.

"I'm sorry....I didn't mean that to happen..." Thanh Thanh(Gigi) appologized. She felt bad..

"It's alright...she'll be fine.." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told her with a smile.

"I'm ok..." So Yen reasured her with a smile. She picked up the map and there is something different on it...the smoke from the fire have unveil some words on the map...."Quan Dai Ca....look....there is something here..." she pointed to the shore on the map.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan took a look...."Yes...it's...I think it's Mongolian's characters..." he commented..."Ho Phi..can you make it out what it's say?" he turned to Ho Phi.

"It's not too clear...let's put by the fire and see if it's would clear up a little more so I can see..." He put the map really close to the fire and surely enough those words were more prominent...."It says...." He was reading it...it's a poem...

Chapter 27

"By the shore...under the sea...the treasure you seek is here with me..." Ho Phi read the words.

"So it's under the sea that's where we supposed to be?" So Yen asked Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....

"I guess...no wonder we couldn't find anything here on this island...it's under the sea..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan said.

"Let's finish up our breakfast and go.." Ho Phi suggested. They finished their little breakfast and headed to the shore where the map says.

"You girls know how to swim?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan asked the girls.

"No...not really...we're not swimmers..." Dong Nhi replied.

"I do.." So Yen told him.

"I'm not a swimmer myself..." Ho Phi told him.

"Then you and the girls stay up here wait for us...we'll come back as soon as we find the treasure.." he told them. He and So Yen headed for the water and they dived into it.

They went deep down under the water...So Yen followed Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan. They went into a tunnel. The tunnel was really deep and long...So Yen was losing her breath...she was struggling for air. Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan saw her struggling, he swam to her and put his mouth on hers to give her some air from him. The he grabbed her hand and lead her to the underwater cave.

They got into the cave all soaken wet. So Yen was turning a bit blue. Though she can swim but not for a long dive like this one..

"You feeling better?" he asked her...checking on her...took his hand and wipe the wet hair from her face.

"I'll be fine.." she nodded...."HHHHHH!!!" She gasped....pointing at a skeleton sitting on the ground at the far end.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan looked at the skeleton...."I think he is the one who wrote the map..." he commented. They looked around but didn't see anything....

"There is nothing here....maybe there isn't any treasure after all..." she was a bit disappointed. Since there is no treasure there isn't any lead to her parents murdered.

"Well, since we're here lets go give our respect...he might me your great great grandfather..." he told her. They went over to the skeleton and bowed their heads to the ground three times to give their respect. The cave started to shake....

"Quan Dai Ca...what's going on?" So Yen hang on tight to him....Then the shaking stop....on the ground in front of the skeleton is a little box....They looked at each other then went to get it. There was a letter in the box besides a huge blue diamond and a kungfu book. They opened the letter....it says...

"Tang ngoui huu duyen (For the destined one)....bi kiep nay chua mot bo vo cong thuong thua nhat trong doi ta (This kungfu manual contains the highest level kungfu in my lifetime)....xuot doi ta khong nhan de tu nao het (my whole life, I haven't accepted any pupil)...nhung ta khong muong mon vo cong ma ta tung lung lai tren giang ho bi that truyen (however, I don't want this kungfu to be unknown)...neu ai lay duoc bi cap nay phai la nguoi noi cong tham hau moi vao duoc noi day (whoever found this manual must have high internal kungfu to have gotten here)...Va vien cam thach nay la vat vo gia(a priceless gemstone)....Ta tiet nhat trong doi la khong co hau nhan de noi doi tong mon (My deepest regret is not having any children to carry on the family name)....neu ai muong hoc bi cap nay phai bo het tinh duc (whoever wants to learn this kungfu has to let go of their manly hood)...khong the sanh con (can't have children)...HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN...la mot vo cong thuong thua va tham doc(the highest level of kungfu..but very deadly to the user)...think about it before you start practicing.....signed Tan Huyen Quang..."

They looked at each other....So Yen was all confused..."That's supposed to be my grandfather....but he said he couldn't have kids...then how..." she couldn't think anymore...

Understand her confusion..."No matter what...we'll find out your true identity..." he comforted her. She slowly shook her head and closed her eyes....

"What are we going to do with this manual?" she asked him..."it's too dangerous to leave around...but it's my...his lifetime work....we can't just burry it here..." she asked him....

"Maybe that's the best way to go about it...just leave it here...if who ever find it later, it was destined for them..." he told her...."But you should keep this diamond...it's might be a clue to your true identity.." he gave it to her. She took it and looked at it and put it in her little lavender pouch by her belt.

"Do you need to rest a little before we head back?" he asked her.

"I'm ok now...we can go...I really don't want to stay here any longer...." she told him....and they dived into the tunnel...on the way out he had to give her some more air again...her breath wasn't long enough to take her out with just one breath. They got to the surface and reunited with the others.

"So what was down there?" Thanh Thanh(Gigi) asked anxiously.

"There was a kungfu manual and this..." So Yen showed them the blue diamond.

"So where is the kungfu manual?" Ho Phi asked.

"We left it there....it's too evil for any of us to practice...so we didn't take it....we took this diamond to find out So Yen's true identity..." he told them.

"What? Isn't she the Tan's descendant? Why do we have to find out about her identity?" Thanh Thanh was confused.

"I've just found out that I might not be who I thought I am....don't know exactly yet...but hope this will help me..." there was sadness in her tone...she was cold from soaken wet...she was trembling...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan held her tight and took her to the fire to dry.

Chapter 28

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was warming and drying So Yen and himself by the fire. Ho Phi and the girls approached them...

"Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...what are you going to do with the map?" Ho Phi asked him.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan looked at So Yen and took the map out from his belt...."Maybe we should just burry it here on this island for nguoi huu duyen..." he suggested. She nodded in agreeing with him. They found a good spot and burry it deep into the sand.

Unknown to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and the others, their trip to sea was known by the unknown force. They disguised themselves as the fishermen(thuyen gia) and spied on them all that time. They saw exactly where the map was burry and dug it up after Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and the others left.

The gangs headed back to land. So Yen was sad most of the time...more like confusing...she wasn't her usual happy, stucky up, carefree self. They stayed at an inn....

"So Yen..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan called as he approached her in the yard. She was standing there contemplating...deep in her thoughts...she didn't realize he was coming...."So Yen?!?! Are you alright?" he asked again...a bit concern.

She turned around as he startled her with his call the second time..."Quan Dai Ca....hhh...." she sighed. Her eyes were immediately droped to the ground.

He came over and stand next to her...."Don't worry about your identity too much...we'll find out in due time..." he patted her shoulder. She looked at him in his eyes...her eyes were clouded with tears and confusion...."Could it be possible?" was the question from her eyes expression.

He sighed and hugged her...."It doesn't matter...who your parents are doesn't really matter So Yen...as long as you'll be with me...that's all that matters right?" he gently told her as his grip was tighter on her body. She closed her eyes and a tear rolled down her cheek...
The next day...

They were at the table downstairs having dimsum. So Yen didn't eat...she took the blue diamond out and look at it....hoping it would give her some kind of clue somehow.

An older man, dressed very high class, sitting on the other side of the corner spotted the diamond in her hand. He immediately approached her...."Co Nuong...I'm sorry to be rude, but I must ask you where did you get that diamond?" he asked. She didnt' answer right away...she looked at him..."I'm sorry...I didn't introduce myself...I'm Duong Tieu...the owner of That Tinh Quyen Son Trang.." he told them.

"Duong Lao Anh Hung...tieng tam lay lung o vung nay..." Ho Phi greeted him...."va la mot nha dai thien nhan...han hanh.."

They all greeted him...."Co Nuong...I must know where and how you have that diamond..." he insisted on knowing about the where about of the blue diamond..."You know what? may I invite all of you to my place?" he asked them.

They looked at Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan, waiting for him to decide...."If you insisted...then we'll stop by.." he answered Duong Trang Chu. They all went with him to his place.

In the main hall...

They were sitting as he was residing at the owner's spot...."The reason I ask you about the blue diamond because it's supposed to be a Quoc Bao of my dynasty..." he told them.

"Your dynasty? you mean this dynasty? It's belong to the now reigning king and queen?" Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) asked.

"No...no...not this dynasty...the one prior to it...the Ming Dynasty (My chinese history is not good..so just bare with me ok...heheh..)....My father was a Trong Than during that dynasty....but after the fall of it...we're just ordinary civilians..." he replied.

"So according to you this diamond has to do with the Ming Dynasty?" So Yen was anxious...at least now there is a lead.

"Yes...there was a tale ...the blue diamond was supposed to be with our Prince when he was taking out of the palace for refugee...but what happened to him...no one knows...the war was so confusing that they don't know the where about of the young Prince..." Duong Trang Chu told them.

So Yen listening to what Duong Trang Chu said and was wondering about what his tale...."Am I the daughter of the Ming Prince?" the question was running through her mind.

"Duong Trang Chu...are you saying only the Prince was supposed to have this diamond?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan asked again making sure if what he understand is correct.

"Yes...I've been looking for the young Prince myself...My father told me to take care of the Prince and his family when he was in his death bed...The Prince should've been around my age by now..." he told them.

So Yen stood up..."Your age??" she uttered...coz her father is around his age if he was to be alive. Too much information coming to her at once she can't figure them out...she was feeling woozie and fainted...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan caught her. Everyone rushed over to see her....

"Let me show you to your rooms..." Duong Trang Chu told his servants to take them to the West Wing...

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan carried So Yen to her room and laid her down on the bed. Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) handed him a wet towel to place on her head. They all were hanging around waiting for her to wake up.

Awhile later, she started to gain her conscious again...."Quan Dai Ca..." she softly called...he was the first person she saw when she woke up...he was sitting on her bed with his hand on the towel...."So Yen...you feeling better?" he asked with a charming smile on his handsome face. She smiled back and slightly nodded her head.

"We all are worrying about you..." Chi Hoa(Margie) told her. She looked around and saw the others...."Sorry...I don't want to be a bother to you all..." she smiled thanking them for caring...."Don't say that...you have not been yourself lately...all of us...especially Quan Dai Ca...are concerned...we all are good friends..." Chi Hoa told her.

"Hmmmm...from what Duong Trang Chu said...could you be the Ming long lost Princess?" said Ho Phi while sitting at the tea table looking over at So Yen.

So Yen don't know what's really going on...she looked at Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...seeking for an answer...knowing he wouldn't know it either...

Chapter 29

Outside at the main hall...

Duong Tieu Mai(Jaimie) and Ung Dai Du(Kent) came in from their little stroll to the lake.

"Tieu Mai!! where have you been all day?" Duong Trang Chu asked her. He was standing in the middle of the hall.

"Cha....I was just strolling at the lake with Ung Cong Tu..." she replied with a smile.

"We have guests over today and you're out of site..." he scolded at her.

"Who is it that's so important?" She asked.

"It might be our Princess and her friends...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan..." he replied. Hoping it's true....

"What? what princess? I thought you said we were looking for the Prince and his family....what princess are you talking about cha?" she continued.

"Her name is Tan So Yen...she might be the lost Prince's daughter...according to her...I think the Prince is dead...she is the only one left..." he went on.

Ung Dai Du was listening to the whole conversation and didn't even utter a word. He was thinking of something...

"So...if she is the princess, then you don't have to search for them anymore...what so important that I have to be here?" she told him...a little nung niu. Duong Trang Chu didn't say anything more....he just shook his head.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan, So Yen, Ho Phi and the girls came out. They wanted to talk to Duong Trang Chu regarding So Yen's identity...

"Duong Trang Chu..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan called him...."If you don't mind we would like to talk to you more about the Prince's matter..."

"Sure...what do you want to know?" Duong Trang Chu asked.

"Aside from the Blue Diamond...is there any other things that would identify the Prince and his family?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan asked Duong Trang Chu.

He think about it for a minute...."Yes....yes...there is...I remember my father told me that the Prince has a dragon tattoo on his right arm...all the royal family member has that sign...for the girls...it's supposed to be a pheonix..." he told them....

"So Yen...Do you have any tattoo?" Thanh Thanh(Gigi) asked her.

So Yen stood there wondering...she had never seen her back how could she knows...."I...I don't know...." she told them.

Why don't you girls go in with her and see if she does have a pheonix sign on her right shoulder..." Duong Trang Chu suggested.

They agreed and all went to the West Wing...the men were standing outside waiting...the girls went in. So Yen loosen her top and showed the girls her right shoulder..."there is nothing on your right shoulder So Yen.." Chi Hoa(Margie) told her. They all were little disappointed...So Yen identity is still not solve.

"Wait...let us see your left shoulder So Yen..." Dong Nhi suggested....and surely enough...there is a pheonix tattoo on her left shoulder...."Oh my gosh!!! you are the lost Princess..." Thanh Thanh(Gigi) uttered...

The door opened....the girls came out first....So Yen was still inside trying to register all this...she was sitting on her bed.....thinking...

"So what is it girl? Does she have a Pheonix tattoo on her right shoulder?" Ho Phi was curious.

"No...not on her right...but on her left..." Thanh Thanh replied.

"But why the left though?" Dong Nhi was wondering..."Duong Trang Chu..didn't you said all the royal family members have a tatoo on their right shoulder? How come So Yen is on her left?"

"I don't know...there must be a reason for that..." Duong Trang Chu replied with a pondering face. Everyone was quiet for a moment...

"I think it was done for her safety....maybe her parents don't want the enemies to know who she really is...but they wanted to mark her so the loyal subjects would be sure of her status...who she really is..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan theorized. Everyone think about what he just said...and he left them there...he walked into her room looking for her...

"So Yen..." he came over to her bedside and placed his hand on her shoulder...."You should be relieved now since you know who you really are..." he softly told her.

"Quan Dai Ca....I don't know...I don't know if I should be happy or sad....my true identity...so what I'm the princess...but my families are dead...and I don't even know why they were killed...." she told him...almost broke out crying...

"So Yen...there are so many reasons for their death...but for sure I'll help you find out who killed your parents..." he comforted her.

"Quan Dai Ca..." she leaned onto him...wrapping her arm around his waist since he was
standing and she was sitting. He patted her...

It was getting later during the day.....Everyone retreated to their rooms...So Yen couldn't sleep...she slowly walked over to her window and opened it. The moon was shining bright and beautiful that night. She looked up and wish her parents were to still alive. The took the orchid hairpin from her head and looked at it....a little smile started to appear on her lips as she remembered something her mom said to her when she was little....Then the smile turned into a frown...and tears started rolling down her face as image of her parents lying dead on the floor after the killers left and she came out from the secret tunnel. Her mom's last word...."take care of yourself...we love you..." and she was gone.

"Tan Co Nuong.." Ung Dai Du(Kent) called her from outside. He wanted to see her...."Don't be so sad....if you don't mind...I'll help you find your parents killers..." he told her.

"Thank you...but I don't want to bother you Ung Cong Tu.." She told him. He would be the last person she wanted to see right now...."Quan Dai Ca will take care of it for me..." she added.

Ung Dai Du really don't like it when she mentioned Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan in front of him. But he hid his unhappiness..."The more help you get the better your chances of finding the truth..." he insisted.

"I'm tired...I must go to bed now..." she excuse herself and about to close her window....

"So Yen..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan came from the other direction..."Ung Cung Tu..." he greeted Ung Dai Du.

She was so happy to see him...she reopened her window..."Quan Dai Ca..." she went over to open the door for him...."I want to talk to you..." she pulled his wrist. They went inside and closed the door...leaving Ung Dai Du standing out there. He was upset, so he left...went back to his room...

In So Yen's room...

"So Yen...you shouldn't have treated Ung Cong Tu like that..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told her as they were standing by the tea table.

"I don't trust him...I told you before...he gave me a funny feeling...I know he's up to no good..." she reminded him as she was sitting down on the chair. He sat down after her..."Quan Dai Ca a`...let's go back to Trung Nguyen...I really wanted to find who the killers are..." she told him.

He looked over at her..."I was about to tell you the same thing....I don't think there is anything here for us to find out about the killers...." he told her. She smiled seeing him seeing eye to eye with her makes her feel better...at least she still have her true love..."You better try to get some rest soon so we can part early tomorrow...I told the others already..." he told her with that charming warm smile. She smiled back and nodded. She feels much better now...she can go to sleep...

He walked her to her bed and pulled the cover up for her..."Chuc em ngu ngon(sweet dreams)..." he smiled..."Thank you...you do the same..." she told him with a smile on her face. He nodded and left her room. She fell asleep really quickly after he left.

Chapter 30

Early the next morning....

Everyone was up early this morning...especially So Yen...she was anxious to go back to Trung Nguyen....

"Morning!!" they all greeted each other as they ran into each other in the hallway.

"Guess we all are ready to go back home.." Chi Hoa(Margie) said with a smile on her face. They all smiled.

"Ho Phi...you're coming with us?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan asked him.

"But of course...I have to follow these pretty girls to protect them you know.." he joke around...they laughed.

The girls were making faces..."Ho Phi Dai Ca...are you sure you're protecting us or we have to protect you when you're all drunk?" Thanh Thanh(Gigi) made fun of him. The girls, including So Yen, laughed.

"Let's go say farewell to Duong Trang Chu then we can head out..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told them. They went to the main hall and waited for Duong Trang Chu to come out. They said their goodbyes to him and left for Trung Nguyen.

As for Ung Dai Du...he had plans so he stayed back. Duong Tieu Mai(Jamie) was happy that he wanted to stay....she thought it was because of her that he wanted to stay for several more days.

After Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and the gangs left...Ung Dai Du went to the island with his men and found the HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN kungfu manual....he read the letter too and put some deep thought into it... he took the book with him and went back to Duong Tinh Son Trang. He was in his room..thinking about the letter....

"Ung Cong Tu..." Duong Tieu Mai called him...but he didn't replied. He was too deep in thought he didn't realize she came in...."Ung Cong Tu?!?!" she called again as she approached him.

"Oh...Duong Co Nuong..." he turned around...a bit startled..."Is there something you need?" he asked her.

"uhhhh...not really...today is such a beautiful day I was wondering if you wanted to go horse riding with me...that's all.." she told him with a smile on her face.

He thought about it for a minute...."Sure...let's go...where are we going?" he asked her. Since he did wanted some freshair to think about what he should do with that kungfu manual...he decided to go with Duong Tieu Mai. They went for a long ride in the woods....all of a sudden the rain stared to pour down...it was getting pretty heavy quickly...they had to find shelter. They stop by an abandon house in the woods. Was going to stay until the rain stop....all soaken wet...they lit up a fire and drying their clothes. They hung their clothes in the middle and stayed on either side waiting for them to dry. The light from the fire casted a shadow of Duong Tieu Mai on the wall...Ung Dai Du saw that...he was seducted by her womanly figure....He came over to her. She was shock at first...but she does like him alot...so she didn't object....They had their night.....

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan, So Yen, Ho Phi, and the girls got back to Trung Nguyen...They were in the girls hometown...

"Let's go see our parents....I miss them alot..." Thanh Thanh(Gigi) told Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) and Chi Hoa(Margie).

"Yeah...we've been out for a long time already...bet they are very worried and upset at us..." Chi Hoa sadly said.

"Quan Dai Ca....would you, Ho Phi Dai Ca, and So Yen come with us to see our parents?" Dong Nhi turned to ask him. He looked at So Yen and Ho Phi and they all nodded.

"Since we're here, we should pay some respect to cac Co Co..." he told the girls. They went to Dong Nhi's house first...since it was the closest....then Chi Hoa and Thanh Thanh's.

The girls were scolded at by their mothers and was grounded at home. As for So Yen and Ho Phi...they went with Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan to his ship. It was around evening time...

Ho Phi went out...he went to see Dong Nhi...to make sure she is not in trouble too much with her parents.

so Yen and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was left alone on the ship. She was sitting at the front of the ship...dangling her legs on the side of the ship and was in deep thought. A musical tune interrupted her train of thoughts....it was lovely tune coming closer and closer to her. She slowly turned around and there he was..playing his flute with his enchanted song. It was a happy tune that he played...trying to cheer her spirit up a little....the song was about love...."how beautiful it is to have found someone special in a lifetime...through thick and thin they'll be there for each other...." listening to his tune she can feel all the love from him towards her...a happy tear was glistening in her eyes.

He stop playing and put the flute down as he approached her...."So Yen....don't be like that....it's hard for me to see you not your usual happy self anymore..." he told her with his concerned face.

"Quan Dai Ca...." she leaned towards him....Eversince my parents passed away, I thought I would never find love again...." she paused..."I've never thought I would fall in love and be loved...especially by someone like you..." she closed her eyes.

He put his hands on her back and held her tight...."So Yen.....me too...I never thought I would fall in love so easily...the first time I met you...there is something about you that struck me...." he paused...and slightly moved her away from him to look into her eyes...."maybe it the smack that you slapped me that make an eternal impression on me..." he jokingly smiled...trying to put a smile on her face...and it worked....she smiled in a shy kinda way....

"Awwww...so you love me b/c I slapped you??...then maybe I should slap you some more so you will never stop loving me..." she told him and raised her hand..about to slap him...he stuck his face out to let her slap him...that thingyy smile on his face is so stunning that she couldn't do it...her hand was in the air...then he took her hand down, held it to his heart...."So Yen...you always look prettiest when you smile..." he sweet talk her and that smile was still unerased from his handsome face. That comment from him put another smile on her face....she couldn't do anything but smile when she's with him. He held her in his arms and they stood there looking at the sunset....it was a romantic scene...the refreshing sea breeze softly blowing at them as the sun was setting an orange glow in the sky....

"This reminded me of the orchid garden in Mongolia..." she told him...."Hopefully one day we can go there again..." she sighed. He didn't say anything except for taking a tighter grip on her with a smile....

Chapter 31

Meanwhile....in Mongolia...Ung Dai Du(Kent) was contemplating about practicing the HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN kungfu manual...He had a one night with Duong Tieu Mai and that made a memorable impression on him. He began to have real feelings for her ....not as much as his feelings for So Yen though... he really wanted So Yen to fall for him ...but that will never happen as long as Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan is stil around. Thethought of Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan taking So Yen away from him really eats him up inside....hatred towards Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan that he feel.

He went to a secluded cave and look at the manual again. All the chieu thuc in that manual enticing him to go for it...he stop and think a for a minute...then, the images of Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan holding So Yen ...and how her puppy love eyes were mazmuring him(NTLQ)...make Ung Dai Du really angry and he determined to go for it....He screamed really loud as he laid his knife down......

Back to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen....

"So Yen...maybe we can get some clue from your house...do you still remember where it is?" he asked her.

"Kind of...not really....I left when I was really young....all I know is that the old lady told me that my house was burned to ashes...and that she found me crying outside....she felt sorry for me and took me in..." she told him.

"oh...if that's the case...maybe not then...everything would be gone by now..." he sighed...a little disappointed...that could be a clue to the killers.

"Quan Dai Ca...our only hope of any lead now is this blue diamond..." she took it out from her lavender pouch...."I'm sure the killers were looking for this that's why they killed my parents...." she thought.

"Yeah...guess that's all we have for now..." he softly replied.

"What are you two whispering to each other now? Can you two stop being so ooshy mooshy all the time?" Ho Phi came back from Dong Nhi's place....

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen turned around and saw him standing there not too far from them...."When did you get back? I didn't even hear you back.." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told him with a smile as he slowly released his grip from So Yen.

"You were too busy in LOVE how could you have heard me coming in..." Ho Phi was joking and laughed at it himself...

So Yen's face was turning red....she shyly smiled at Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....He looked at her and turned to Ho Phi..."So where did you go?" he questioned him.

"Oh...I...I was just sight seeing....you know...I've never been in Trung Nguyen before and it's a lovely place...." he tried to lie....

"Oh Really?...so how is Dong Nhi?" So Yen asked him...with a mischievous smile on hers...she can tell Ho Phi have a thing for Dong Nhi...she is a very observative girl...

Ho Phi's face turned color...he was found out...."huh? I have no clue what you're talking about..." he lied...."Let's go inside and drink with me...haven't drink much today at all..." he told Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...avoiding So Yen's question.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan laughed and they all went inside...."why don't you play some music for us So Yen?" Ho Phi told asked her...."music and drinking is the best thing in the world you know...." he smiled at her...

She looked at Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and he second the notion...so she went over to the dan tranh and started playing one of the tune he taught her....as she was playing...Ho Phi was drinking....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan took his jade flute out and duet with her...their music was so heavenly together....he walked over towards her as he played.

Ho Phi shook his head...."I gave up....I'm going to bed...you two can sit here and make your LOVE music together..." he took his wine bottle and went inside...

Chapter 32

Many months passed by....

The girls were still being grounded at their homes. Ho Phi's love for Dong Nhi was stronger each day. Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen's love was forever bonded. They tried to use the blue diamond as a bate to lure the unknown forces out. But for awhile there wasn't any stir from them. It had been some quiet time. That made So Yen ever more furious and confused. How come they didn't make any move? She was in deep thought sitting at the tea table in the main hall of the ship. Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was lying on his lounge chair playing his flute. A slowly, full of thought tune. Suddenly they heard a gush of wind like someone using kinh cong stoping by.

They stop what they were doing and got up from their seat and went outside. Surely enough, it was the unkown guy with his mask on.

"Oh...finally you show up huh..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan commented.

"Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...I'm here for the blue diamond and your head..." he pointed at him...."haha!! and the girl too...shall be mine..." he laughed heartily...satisfied with his notion.

"Then let see what you got..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan replied. The mysterious guy started the fight first. He threw some fancy punches and kicks at Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan. But Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was able to block them all....They paused...

"Your kungfu is much better than I expected..." the mysterious guy told him...."but I haven't use all my energy yet...let see if you can block these..." He started with some more high level kungfu....the higher he gets the more flexible his kungfu seemed to be....like more feminine and deadly...Finally, he was able to strike Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan in the chest with his palm. Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan lost his footing and slightly pushed back several steps...

So Yen ran over by his side and hold his arm...."Quan Dai Ca...are you ok?" she was concerned...the first time she saw him got hurt during a fight.

"HAhahaha!!!" the mysterious guy laughed heartily again..."Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...you never thought of the day you're going to be defeated by someone else huh?!!" Pointed at So Yen...."You better come with me ....don't make me use force with you.." he told her.

"You only wanted this diamond right...?" She took the blue diamond from her lavender pouch...."Here....go and get it.." she threw it right into the water. The mysterious guy was furious...but he really wanted the diamond...so he jumped right into the water....

"Quan Dai Ca let's go..." She helped him ran to Chi Hoa's house. There were blood coming out from his mouth...he was badly injured by that blow....still conscious....he asked her..."So Yen...why did you throw the diamond into the water? That's the only thing we have to get to your parents murderer..." he told her...coughing blood....

"Don't worry Quan Dai Ca....it was a fake one that I tossed into the water....the real one is still here..." she patted her pouch...."Stop talking ....let's hurry up and get your Ly Co Co to check on your wound...it looks pretty serious..." she hushed him and rushed him into Chi Hoa's house.

In the main hall of the Ly residence....Everyone was there talking....So Yen helping Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan ran in....

"Quan Dai Ca!!" Chi Hoa(Margie) spotted them first...she ran over..."What happened?" she asked So Yen....Everyone else rushed over.....

"We fought with the mysterious guy and Quan Dai Ca was struck on the chest......" Turning to Ly Co Co...."Can you help him Ly Co Co?" she was really concerned.

"Get him inside..." Ly Hong Tu told them....They took him into a room and laid him down on the bed....So Yen stood by next to the bed as Ly Hong Tu checking his pulse...."Take off his shirt...let me the chuong on his chest..." she told her. So Yen did as told...surely enough, there was a poinsonous hand print on his chest....

"Oh my gosh....so it is it..." Ly Hong Tu uttered....she was shock...

"Ly Co Co...what is it? what kind of kungfu was it?" So Yen asked her.

"I thought I will never see this type of kungfu existed nowaday...." she still in shock...

"Mom...what is it? why are you so shock?" Chi Hoa asked her mother....

"It's HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN... This type of kungfu disappeared from Giang Ho long time ago....I never thought it would re-surface again..." she told them...

"HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN? That's the kungfu in that manual that we left at the cave under the ocean....someone found it already? That's impossible...and even if they did...can can't learn it that fast...that's...." So Yen was confused and worried....she sat down next Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....this time he was unconscious....she looked at him and holding his hand....then she turned to Ly Hong Tu...."Ly Co Co...is there anyway to get him better?" she asked her.

"Yes...if only So Dai Ca is here....he can help him recover real soon....." she replied..."but we don't know where he and Tieu Tinh went...." she sighed as she shook her head.

"The last time we saw them was in Mongolia....but that's was a couple of months ago...don't know where they are now..." Chi Hoa replied....

"It doesn't matter....we have to find them now..." said So Yen....tears was about to fall down from her face...."but meanwhile we have to keep Quan Dai Ca stable before we find So Ba Ba and Tinh Co Co..." she told them.

"we can transfer our energy into him to keep him stable...hopefully, So Dai Ca and Tieu Tinh come back before it's too late..." Ly Hong Tu told them. They nodded.

"I'll transfer my energy first....until I'm all out then you jump in....I don't want all of us to lose our energy in case those people come back and we can't fight them..." So Yen told them...."Chi Hoa...you should go get Ho Phi Dai Ca, To Co Co & Ba Ba, Tong Co Co& Ba Ba, Thanh Thanh and Dong Nhi....I have a feeling that they won't give up until Quan Dai Ca is dead..." So Yen told her.

"but I don't know where Ho Phi Dai Ca is at..." Chi Hoa replied.

"You just go get the others and Dong Nhi...Ho Phi Dai Ca should be at Dong Nhi's place...." So Yen told her...."and make it quick!!" she rushed Chi Hoa... Chi Hoa looked at her mom...and her mom nodded...."Do as Tan Co Nuong said..." Ly Hong Tu told Chi Hoa to go too..

As soon as chi Hoa left..."Ly Co Co...can you stand guard while I'm transfering energy to Quan Dai Ca? I'm going set up a trap outside this room too...just to make sure...for I fear they going to attack us with full force anytime..." So Yen asked Ly Hong Tu....They went outside and So Yen set a trap....

" Don't over use your energy...it might be dangerous for you too...and becareful, the poison from his wound might get transfer over to you if you're not focus..." Ly Hong Tu warned her before So Yen went back inside with Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan. She nodded...."I will..." and closed the door behind her.

Chapter 33

So Yen went back inside and sat on Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan's bed. She pulled him up at sat him right in front of her. His back was facing her and she used her kungfu energy to transfer to him. Smokes were coming out of their heads as she was in the process for a while. He started to gain his conscious back and her energy is circulating all over his body....

"So Yen....em dung chuyen noi cong cho anh nua....it's a waste of your energy..." he told her in his weak voice.

"Quan Dai Ca....anh dung noi chuyen (don't talk)...focus or both of us would end up injured..." she told him. They closed their eyes trying to focus on their energy transfering. They can here lots of footsteps coming from outside. The unknown force had arrived.

"Ly Phu Nhan....with your kungfu you think you can stop us?" he mask guy told her.

"Even if I have to risk my life, I wouldn't let you go in without a fight..." Ly Hong Tu told him. She put her swords out ready to fight.

"You ask for it....I'll please you and send you to hell..." he told her...and waved his hand commanding his men to attack. They fought a while....

So Yen and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan were worried for Ly Hong Tu...but if they stop now, their lives would be in danger. So they can't move.....Ly Hong Tu was defeated and she was injured. So Yen and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan lost their focus....both coughed blood. The poison from Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was transfering to So Yen...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan realizing what's going on....he can feel his injury was lessened. He tried to stop So Yen from continuing...but it was too late....she pulled all of his poison over to her body. That was her intention anyway. When Ly Hong Tu told her about being careful or his poison would transfer to her, she knew that's what she wanted to do...she rather risk her life than seeing him hurt or might lose his life.

After she was done...she coughed even more blood and drop on the bed. She was really weak....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan turned around and tried to save her but he was still very weak...he wasn't fully recovered yet. He tried to transfer his energy to her but it was minimal....both were badly wounded...She drop into his chest and weakly told him..."Quan Dai Ca....anh dung ton noi cong cua anh nua...anh hai van cong tri lieu cho minh di...if they come in here...we all going to die...." she coughed some more blood.

"So Yen....anh khong de em chet duoc (I won't let you leave me)...I don't want to go on if something happened to you..." he told her as he was holding her.....

"Quan Dai Ca....." she uttered in her weakest voice....

Outside...those men were about to kill Ly Hong Tu...Chi Hoa(Margie) and the others arrived just in time to save her. They were blocking the door to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen's room.....

"You think you can stop me? with all of your kungfu...still no match for me..." the mysterious guy told them....

"Then how about us too?" a voice from afar was heard. Everyone was looking around....in a blink of an eye...So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh and Ho Thiet Hoa showed up.

"So Dai Ca....Tieu Tinh...Ho Dai Ca!!" the girls(Hong Tu, Dung Dung, Diem Nhi) greeted them...

"So Luu Huong?!?!?...so you're So Luu Huong...." said the mysterious guy...."your son was my defeat...how great can you be?" he said mockingly....

"So let's find out..." So Luu Huong told him....then he turned to Tieu Tinh..."em vao xem Tinh Quan ra sao roi..." she nodded and went in with Hong Tu and the girls....So Luu Huong and the mysterious guy was fighting....

Inside.....

"Tinh Quan!!" Tieu Tinh rushed over...."con sao roi? (are you alright)" she asked him.

"Mom!!" he greeted her...."can you see if So Yen is ok...I have to go help Dad..." he told her....

"What happened? How come So Yen is like that?" Ly Hong Tu asked him...

"She transfer her energy to me and took all my poison over to her body....I tried to transfer my energy to her but I'm too weak..." he told her ...coughing...

"Tinh Quan...con chua hoi phuc ma doi giup Cha cai gi (you're not well yet)...sit down...let me help you recover..." Tieu Tinh told him...."Chi Hong Tu...can you see about So Yen?" she turned to Hong Tu. And they went about their business....

The fighting was still going on outside.....

Chapter 34

Tieu Tinh helped Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan free his kinh mach....so his kungfu would recover quicker. All these years being with So Dai Ca...her kungfu was much better....she could be considered as one of the good ones now...

"Tinh Quan...you should use your energy and tried to recover quickly...we'll take care of So Yen for you...just focus on yourself first ok..." Tieu Tinh told him.

"Yes Mom...thank you..." he replied and sat on the floor van noi cong so he can recover soon.

Tieu Tinh went over to help So Yen...she transfered her energy to retain her life...until So Luu Huong is done with outside...only his kungfu energy is strong enough to help her fully recover.

Outside...So Luu Huong was fighting with the mysterious guy...though the mysterious guy kungfu improved a lot with HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN...but he only been practicing for almost a year...he is still no match for So Luu Huong....So Luu Huong used his DANG CHI THAN CONG and injured the mysterious guy. He dropped to the ground and coughed blood...then he signaled his men to retreat....

"This won't be the last you see of me So Luu Huong...I will be back..." he told him before he disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

Ho Thiet Hoa and Ho Phi were about to go after him...but So Luu Huong told them not to...."Let's go in and see how Tinh Quan is doing.." they didn't know that So Yen is really the one in need now...

Inside....

"Tieu Tinh....co chuyen gi vay? (what happened)" he asked her...seeing Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan on the floor by himself and Tieu Tinh was over by So Yen....

"So Dai Ca...So Yen transfered all the poison from Tinh Quan over to her body....only you can save her now..." Tieu Tinh told him as she discontinue with her energy transfering. So Luu Huong went over and sat down behind So Yen....he used his energy to push all the poisonous blood from her body....she coughed them all out...it was thick and black. She was still unconscious.

So Luu Huong then steer his attention to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....and help him with his recovery...."What happened son...your kungfu should be about the same as him....you should have been injured like this son..." So Luu Huong to him.

"It was my fault dad....I fought him before and was khinh dich....but his kungfu is surely is much better than before..." he sadly replied.

"I see....well, you and So Yen should be fine now ....just get some rest...." So Luu Huong told him. Everyone left the room...only Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen was left in there...

"So Yen..." he went over to her bed to check on her...she was still unconscious...."Sao em dai vay? risking your life to save me like that...." he held her hand as he sat on the side of her bed...."if something was to happened to you...I'll regret it for the rest of my life...." he softly whispered. Touching her face with his other hand. He sighed....

A month later...both Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen were fully recovered. Though she did have some moments of mat vo cong due to the unfocused while transfering energy to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....and the bad thing about it was it comes and goes as it pleased. She can't control it.

In the main hall of Ly Gia Trang....everyone was talking about the returning of HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN....

"Tinh Quan...you said you and So Yen left the manual down in the cave a year ago?" he asked them..."If the manual is gone, then this mysterious guy kungfu is not too fearful...but if the manual is still there...then we have to becareful with our next encounter with him...." So Luu Huong told them.

"So Dai Ca....should we go check it out?" Tieu Tinh asked him...They are the best swimmers in the group....

"If we were to go...we all better go....I don't want them to attack while we were gone..." So Luu Huong replied with a thoughtful face...They all agreed. So the next morning everyone headed to Mongolia once again. This time it was the whole force.

The King and Queen of Mongolia were so happy to see all of them....it was a very long time since they last have a reunion....well, it was the first time in 17 years....since all the kids are about that age...except for Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and Ho Phi...they were about 19-20 now...

Nguyet Co(Ruby) was really happy to see Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan again..but she was still upset at him for rejecting her. She looked over at So Yen with an evil eye(liec her). So Yen can feel her hatred/jealousy...but she stayed calm anyway...she felt sorry for her...but she wasn't going to share her man with anyone....

"Quan Dai Ca....let's go check on the manual asap..." So Yen told him...he looked over at his parents and they nodded. They told the King and Queen they have things to do for now...will be back asap. They asked for a ship to set sail to sea. Eveeryone was on that ship.....including the unknown force spies...but unfortunate for them...they were caught...So Luu Huong had a feeling something was fishy about those men....they were supposed to be fishermen but the way they walk showed they know kungfu.

When they got to the island...it was surely enough, the unknown force were there to ambush them. They had a major encounter on the island. They injured all the unknown men and the girls were injured too...but So Yen was captured...her kungfu disappeared during the fight. There wre too many of them....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan tried to save her but they threw a poisonous gas and vanished with So Yen in thin air. Everyone had to move back away from the poisonous gas....

"So Yen!!!!" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan yelled...calling for her as he was looking around.

"Tinh Quan!! stay calm....I'm sure she is not hurt...if they wanted to kill her they could have done so already...don't need to take her away...." So Luu Huong patted his shoulder.

"Nghe loi cha con di (Listen to your father)...So Yen will be fine..." Tieu Tinh added....

"Let's get a fire going...and get some rest...the girls needed to recover...tomorrow morning we'll head to the underwater cave...." So Luu Huong told them. They did as he said.

At night....Tieu Tinh was concerned about Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....she was sitting by So Luu Huong...."So Dai Ca a`...em thay Tinh Quan lo lang cho an nguy cua So Yen vay...em nho den hoi do em bi nguy hiem, anh cung lo cho em nhu vay phai hong?" she looked up at him as she was leaning on his chest.

"Tat nhien roi (but of course)...." he looked down at her and smiled...."em la nguoi dem nhieu phien phuc den cho anh nhat (you're the one who brought me the most headaches)..." he added with a thingyy smile.... she smiled in a shy kinda way...and hit him lightly on his chest...."aww...bay gio anh thang phien ha (so you're complaining about it now)?" she had that stuck up kinda face. He just smiled and shook his head. Then his attention was diverted to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....

"Seeing Tinh Quan like this remind me of myself when you were in real danger..." he looked down at her again..."Remember the time you and your dad was stuck in the net and there were spikes on the bottom?....I was really concerned about you...if I make a mistake you'll be.....I'll never see you again..." he softly said.

"If you let me fall at that time...maybe you wouldn't have too much trouble then..." she said sarcastically (noi mat him)....and liec him too...

"But I like the kind of headaches you gave me though..." he chuckled and that thingyy smile was pasted on his mature handsome face...That put a smile on her face and she slightly rubbed her head on his chest as he take a tighter grip on her...."Tieu Tinh...if I had to do it all over again...I would do the same thing....you are and will be the love of my life..." he told her in his serious whispered....

"So Dai Ca..." she smiled...and closed her eyes.

Chapter 35

Meanwhile....So Yen was taken to a secret tunnel. For the past year since they left the island, the unknown force made some changes on it. They build tunnels which lead to an underground structure. So Yen was brought to the leader in the big room....He was residing on top like a king himself. But there is something funny about him...he looked like though...he is more of a she....with a veil across the face....the mysterious person was in purple too...the outfit touches the ground...more feminine than the one So Yen had on...she is more of a younger fashion type....hers was deep purple with the gold trim on the chest and a gold piece down in front of her skirt(like the one SC wore when she talked to CLH in the backyard..and they hugged...)

"Who are you?" So Yen asked the mysterious person....her kungfu was still gone...

"You don't recognize me anymore....Tan Co Nuong?" the mysterious voice was a little familiar...but there was a twang to it...

So Yen tried to recall the voice...but nothing come to her yet....she tried to get the person to say more thing so she can decipher who it is...."So what do you want with me?" she asked.

"I want the blue diamond in your hand....and I want you to stay here forever with me..." said the mysterious person....

The tone...the way that what was said surprised her...there was something popping up...but she had to make sure..."Why me? why do I have to stay here with you? I don't think we're related....you don't look old enough to be my mother and definitely ...not my father..." she mocked at the person.

"You got jokes there huh...but don't be so confident...if I can't have you for myself...I won't let Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan have you either..." said the mysterious person..

So Yen was confused....suddenly her kungfu came back...she can feel it in her arm...she quickly fling her orchid dart at the mysterious person and took off the veil....to her surprised/shock...the person looked like Ung Dai Du(Kent)..but so feminine....with make-up and all....the hairdue too...but the only thing was that the physique was not too feminine..."It's you!!!" she was in shock....

"Thought your kungfu was gone....guess you still have something left huh...but you know you're no match for me..." He turned to his men..."take her away!!"

The men came to grab So Yen...but she put up a fight...she knocked them down with her Indigo Staff and her orchid darts...but then...Ung Dai Du flew down from his seat and defeated her....her kungfu disappeared once again....she was captured again...."Take her away...and be nice to her...if she loses a single hair I will skin you all..." he told them....She was taken away...to a nice big room...everything in there was lilac and lavender...she looked around and realized that this guy is obsessed with her...

In his room....Ung Dai Du was standing in front of a mirror....looking at himself...he got disgusted and wack the mirror to the floor....

"Dai Du..." said a soft voice...."if you knew of the outcome...then why...."

"Don't say anything more...." he hushed her up....still leaning on the table upset....

"After all these time...you still think of her....how about me? I gave you everything a girl has...but you..." tears were coming out of her eyes and down her cheeks...

"Tieu Mai(Jamie)..." he looked over at her...he knew deep down inside that she loved him alot...to have leave all she had and followed...eventhough he is like this and she still stayed with him...by his side....but some reason...he can't get over So Yen....though he knew she doesn't think of him at all....all in her heart was Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....the guy he had to kill.....

Outside...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was standing by the tree alone...pondering....and sighing...

"Quan Dai Ca....So Yen will be fine...don't worry so much.." Thanh Thanh(Gigi), Chi Hoa(Margie), and Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) came over...tried to comfort him.

"I know....but if I was more careful, problably she wouldn't be captured like that..." he was down....his brows knitted and his eyes were focused into the darkness....

"Quan Dai Ca..." Thanh Thanh tried to say something more...but Chi Hoa and Dong Nhi stop her...they shook their heads and motion her to leave him alone. They left him there by himself....

Morning came and they headed to the shore for the manual....

"So Dai Ca...anh va Tinh Quan phai can than nhe (you two becareful).." Tieu Tinh told them....

"Don't worry mom...we'll be fine..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan reasured her....and they dove into the water....not too long before they came back....

"What happened?" Tieu Tinh asked...

"The tunnel was blocked....I think someone did recently found the place and destroyed the entrance..." So Luu Huong told them...

"So what are we going to do now?" the girls asked.

"We have to spread out to look for So Yen....I dont' think they leave this island yet....maybe they have a secret place here somewhere...." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan suggested...

"I agree....Tieu Tinh and I will go East....Ho Phi and Dong Nhi go West, the girls and Tinh Quan go North, Ho Thiet Hoa and the others go South....find her or not...we should meet back here by nighttime....and if there is trouble....use the fireworks Tieu Tinh gave you to signal us..." So Luu Huong told them. They headed out as planned.

The mysterious people were spying on them all that time...and tried to ambush them...but unlucky for them...they were no match for all the ppl in this group....everyone kungfu is pretty good...except for the young girls of course...but the rest were powerful.....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan captured one of the men and made him lead to the entrance of the tunnel....before he headed in...he lit up a firework so his parents and the others can find them...

"I'm going in...but it's too dangerous for all of us to go in...you girls stay here and wait for backup...." he told them...

"Quan Dai Ca...let us come with you..." Thanh Thanh and Chi Hoa told him....they looked worried...

"No...it's too dangerous...do as I said....I just can't wait here...I have to save So Yen....you girls becareful.." the ordered them...and went in himself....

He got to the main hall.....Ung Dai Du was there waiting for him......"Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....thien dang huu lo nguoi khong di...dia nguc vo mom nguoi lai vao ...today will be your doom-day..." he told him.

"Ung Dai Du??!?!? So it's you...." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was shocked.....

"Yes...it is I...the one who want to kill you the most....you taken So Yen away from me...and now...I'm going to take her away from you for good..." he pointed at him....and waved his hand...

"Quan Dai Ca...." So Yen called him....as she was hung with her hand tied up to a post....

"So Yen!!!" he rushed over...but she was swung to another post....

"Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan...let see how great your kinh cong is now..." Ung Dai Du mocked him.

"What do you want? how are you going to let her go?" Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan asked him....his eyes were focusing on Ung Dai Du....trai hong giong trai...gai hong giong gai...

"I want you to die...that's what I want...but first...I want you to suffer...I want you to see your love being tortured.....then I'll kill you myself..." Ung Dai Du told him...his hatred for Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was so great that he is willing to risk So Yen to see him suffer...

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan quickly used his kinh cong and flew over to So Yen. Everytime he got close she was pulled to another post....she coughed blood...."Quan Dai Ca...don't worry about me....just kill that ban nam ban nu...." she told him.

"Call me what you want So Yen...you'll be mine in the end anyway...." Ung Dai Du told her....

"How? you're not even half a man now....how are you going to make me yours....but even if you're still a man...I rather die than let you touch me!!" she told him...that made him really mad...it hit right at his weak spot...calling him not a man....

"Then I'll let you see how I'm going to kill the guy you love..." he yelled at her...and flew down from his place. He and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan fought for a good several hands....but this time...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was more careful...he is not khinh dich anymore....he managed to block and got away with all the blows Ung Dai Du threw at him....

Then Suddenly....So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh, and the other showed up....So Luu Huong jumped right in to fight Ung Dai Du....father and son together...Ung Dai Du was outnumbered...then all of a sudden...Duong Tieu Mai came in to help him....she being practicing the manual too...so her kungfu wasn't too far from him....they were pretty powerful....Tieu Tinh came in to fight with her....The others were fighting with Ung Dai Du's men.

It was a big incident....all the men were killed...only Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai were left....then suddenly, Ung Dai Du's father joined in.....he didn't practice HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN...he was using So Yen's family kungfu...it was pretty powerful itself...another version of HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN.....but you don't need to chop it off to learn it well....the missing chapter in So Yen's book...there was a level beyond the 10th level that Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan learned. They chuong each other and fling back opposite ways....Ung Dai Du, his father, and Duong Tieu Mai one way...So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan the other way...with the gangs....

Chapter 36

Ngoc Tieu lang Quan flew up and brought So Yen down....

"Ung Hien Duong??? It's you!!" So Luu Huong was shock..."So it's you and your son that behind all this huh..."

"So Luu Huong....you never expected me to do such a thing huh?" Ung Hien Duong gave a little villain smirk...

"So it's you who killed my parents?" So Yen asked ...she kinda have it figured out by now....

"Not too bad for a little girl...So Yen...you were supposed to die at the same time with your parents...you got lucky and escaped...." Ung Hien Duong replied.

"But why? didn't you said my dad saved your life and gave you shelter?" she continued.

"Yes...so what? I was a good servant to him too...until he was drunk and revealed your family secret....if I have the blue diamond in my hand....I can the heir to the throne and no one would know about it ..once your whole family is dead..." he told her...

"You're such a slimy old fox....bite the hands that feed you...do phan boi!!" she yelled at him...."That's all you wanted and you killed my whole family for it...how could you?!?!" she was furious....

"But one thing I don't understand....with your kungfu then...you couldn't possibly killed Tan Thien Vuong and his wife so easily....you must used some tricks to have succeeded.." So Luu Huong told him....

"So Luu Huong...nothing can pass your keen eyes...that's right....I used kho nhuc ke (tricked him)...when he wasn't looking I stabbed him....his wife was no match for me....I secretly learned his kungfu and stole the last chapter to his manual when he was drunk...." he sneered..."who cares if he is the lost Prince of the Ming dynasty....survival of the fittest...since he doesn't fit to be the Prince and heir to the throne, let me help him...I would do a better job then he would ever be....all he thinks about was his wife and kid...." he continued...."No big ambition of regaining his throne....why waste it ....if he doesn't want it...let me have it!!!!

So Yen shook her head...her eyes were on fire...suddenly her kungfu was back...and she fought him....she flung her darts at him...he was struck by one...since she is really good at her dart skills....he struck her on her shoulder as he was struck by her dart....She was blown backward in the air...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan caught her...So Luu Huong jumped in and fought him. Both men were equally good...but So Luu Huong seemed to have the upper hand since his kinh cong is unmatchable...noone ever dare to challenge him in that area...he flew around and dodge all Ung Hien Duong's blows with ease...then he used his DANG CHI THAN CONG and struck him in several places...he droped to the ground....coughed blood....

"Dad!!" Ung Dai Du rushed over...in a girly kinda way....

"Dai Du...use your kungfu and kill them all...especially the girl...she can't and may not live...." Ung Hien Duong told Ung Dai Du....

"But...." he still don't want to kill So Yen...

"You don't need woman anymore.....sao nguoi si tinh voi no vay?" Ung Hien Duong yelled at him....and slapped him...

"But Dad...I..."

"You do as I said....no but or whatever..." Ung Hien Duong was firmed on his words...he looked like he would kill Ung Dai Du if he doesn't listen...

"Yes..dad..." Ung Dai Du got up and started to use the highest level of his kungfu...the whole place was shaken as he generated his energy....

"Dai Du...no....." Duong Tieu Mai yelled....in order to use the highest level of HUYEN HOA BUU DIEN it might injured or kill the user too...."Ung Ba Ba...why you tell him to do that...he is your only son...why?" she asked Ung Hien Duong....

Just then...Ung Dai Du pushed out all his energy towards Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan, So Luu Huong and the others...So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh, So Yen and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan were in front blocking the blow...the impact was so great that they all were injured....but not too bad...since Ung Dai Du only been practicing not too long...his energy level wasn't to the max yet....

Everyone fell back on the floor...trying to recooperate...as for Ung Dai Du...he as injured himself...real bad..he was coughing blood....and dropped to the floor too...Duong Tieu Mai ran to his side...

"Dai Du...Dai Du...are you ok?" She was concerned about him.

Ung Hien Duong laughed heartily..."hahahah!! So Luu Huong...finally, you have this day too...but you're not the main reason for my scheme today....with all of you end up dead...I'll be the king of the Ming Dynasty for sure...no one can stop me..." he laughed again...

"Dai Du is not too well....Ung Ba Ba...can you help him?" Duong Tieu Mai called for him.

"He sacrificed for a good cause...why be so sad?" he coldly replied....

"But he is your son....why are you saying it like that?" Duong Tieu Mai was shock...

"Hahahaha.....I don't have a son....look at him and tell him he is my son....." he laughed again..."Ung Hien Duong ta khong co con ban nam ban nu nhu vay (I refused to have a f*g**t for a son)..." he said it mockingly...

Ung Dai Du looked over at his father with his weak energy..."Dad...what are you talking about?" he uttered...

"You're not my son...you're just an orphan that I raised...I had plans for you...you are one of my chess piece that I use..." he coldly told him...

Ung Dai Du was in shock....all these years he thought Ung Hien Duong was his real dad...he treated him so nice...like a loving father...and he listened to everything he was told to do....and now...to learn of this hard fact, it made him crazy and lost....."No...no...that's not true....you're lying to me...I'm your son....your only son....." he yelled at the top of his lungs....
"Believe it or not is up to you...but what I'm saying is the truth....so nguoi co the chet nham mat..." Ung Hien Duong coldly told him....

"Ung Ba Ba....you!!!" Duong Tieu Mai was furious for Ung Dai Du....She went over to kill him ....but to her surprised...he wasn't as badly injured as he seemed he fought with her.....since she was really good too, they fought for a good while.

During that time...So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan was making a speedy recovery....as for So Yen...her kungfu disappeared again...she can't seems to do anything...she is just like an ordinary girl right now...

Ung Hien Duong chuong Duong Tieu Mai and she fell to the ground...next to Ung Dai Du...."Tieu Mai..." Ung Dai Du supported her as they were on the ground...half dead....both were coughing blood..."Dai Du...sorry I can't help you revenge on him..." she looked at him...this moment, he really knows he loves her the most...she is always there for him....an ever lasting love....

Ung Hien Duong walked over..."at least you have this crazy girl who love you to death....since we were once father and son...let me help you aleviate your pain...son..." he raised his hand and about to strike a blow on Ung Dai Du's head....

"Doi su voi dua con trung thanh voi minh nhu vay dung la hanh di cua loai cam thu (Treating your son you raised for so many years like that is truly an act of a beast)!!" said Tieu Tinh...she felt sorry for Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai...besides she wanted to stall some time for So Luu Huong, Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and the other to recover....

Ung Hien Duong stop in his motion and put his hand down...he looked over at Tieu Tinh..."So Phu Nhan....you're a beautiful Princess yourself...I don't know why you leave everything you have to follow him..." pointing at So Luu Huong...

"That's one thing you'll never know....to you...love doesn't exist....how could you strike a blow on someone who called you dad for all these years?....so eventhough I tell you my reason..you still don't get it..." Tieu Tinh told him...

"Hahahah....maybe you're right....but to kill such a beautiful woman like you is such a waste...after I kill So Luu Huong...you will be my queen...only a woman with a Princess status can fit with me..." he laughed heartily....

"You..so sure you can kill So Dai Ca....even if you succeeded...you think I'm going to live with you and be your queen....why don't you look at yourself...nguoi tuong nguoi co the xung voi ta sao (you think you worthy of me)?" she sneered at him....trying to make him mad so he is not thinking straight....

Ung Hien Duong was upset at her comment..but he think about it a little...being a cao gia (sly fox) he is....he smiled..."Your trick not going to work with me So Phu Nhan....." he told her...

"you know to call me So Phu Nhan...then you know who I belong to...." she told him....

"You surely got a mouth there....but let see what you going to say once I kill your husband..." he walked over...closer ...and closer....

Chapter 37

Suddenly...So Yen kungfu was back...she threw several darts at Ung Hien Duong and struck him one good one on his right arm...the one he use the most....Then she used her Indigo Staff and fought with him...just as her kungfu started to disappeared again and she was falling back, Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan recovered just in time to catch her. So Luu Huong jumped in to fight with Ung Hien Duong and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan joined him. They fought for a good while...then So Luu Huong and Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan struck him good....both were using DANG CHI THAN CONG at once...their force was so powerful that killed Ung Hien Duong...he fell to the ground...almost dead....he yearned for the blue diamond...it fell out of So Yen's lavender pouch when he struck a blow on her....

"Mine...it's all mine....I'm the king!!!" he coughed blood and die with the blue diamond out of his reach....

Ung Dai Du was half dead....So Luu Huong went over to save him....he felt sorry for him too...being used all these years...and now he's like this....but even though So Luu Huong can save his life...his kungfu will be gone...he will be an ordinary person....Tieu Tinh tried to save Duong Tieu Mai....they were transfering their energy to them two...

Ung Dai Du gain some energy .....and said to So Luu Huong..."Why are you saving me? I tried to kill you all..." he told him in his weakest voice...

"You didn't know what was planned out for you....it wasn't your fault...besides...ta thay nguoi con co the giup duoc...nguoi chua phai la ke gian ac lam dau (there is still hope in you)..." So Luu Huong told him....

So Luu Huong and Tieu Tinh finished transfering their energy to Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai...."Hong Tu...can you see if you can help them from here?" So Luu Huong told Ly Hong Tu....she and Chi Hoa took over....they bandaged them up and gave them some medications....

Several days later....

Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai were a bit better....

"Let's go back to mainland....you two are well enough for the boat ride..." So Luu Huong told them...

Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai looked at each other...."no thank you...it's best for us to stay here....we prefer a simple life on this island..." he told them....holding Duong Tieu Mai's hand....they smiled at each other...

So Luu Huong looked at Tieu Tinh...Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan Looking at So Yen...they knew how Ung Dai Du and Duong Tieu Mai felt....so they let them be...."If that's what you want...then be it...wish you two a happy life here..." they said goodbyes and parted...

On the ship....

So Luu Huong was standing at the head of the ship feeling the breeze....Tieu Tinh came out from the inside...walking towards him..."So Dai Ca...." she tenderly called him..

He turned around..."Tieu Tinh..." with is charming mature smile...

"So Dai Ca a`...sao anh dung day mot minh vay (why are you here by yourself)? co tam su ha (contemplating about something)?" she asked him.

"Khong (No)...anh chi nghi (I'm just thinking)...co bao nhieu nguoi vi hu danh quyen loi ma chet (there are so many who willing to sacrifice their love for power)....con em (but you)...em lai bo het de di theo khach giang ho nhu anh (you left everything to follow a nomad like me)..." he looked deeply into her eyes....

She smiled...her shy kinda smile...even with a mature looking face...she is still very attractive and stunning..."co le vi em yeu anh qua (it's just because I love you too much)...." she softly replied...

He held her in his arms...."Tieu Tinh...."he paused "co khi nao em hoi han khong em (have you ever regret your decision)?" he asked her...

"anh nghi coi (what do you think?)...." she told him as she leaned harder on him....

They didn't say anything else....just embracing each other....

From the inside....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen saw them.....She smiled..."Your parents are still very in love.." she commented....looking at So Luu Huong and Tieu Tinh outside.

"Yes they are...I have never see mom and dad in a quarrel...they joked around with each other...but dad always seems to be able to put a smile on her face even if he made her upset..." Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan told her....he smiled...that thingyy charming smile from his dad was pasted on him perfectly..."You think we can be like them?" he continued....

She was blushing...."who says I'm going to marry you..." she told him....with her litlle shy/ambarrassed smile.

"oh??!?! if you won't marry me then who are you going to marry?" he asked her...the thingyy charming smile was still there...

She didn't say anything else...just looked the other way and smiled....He came closer....and turned her towards him..."So Yen...em co dinh lam cong chua cua em (are you inteding to become a princess)...va lap lai nha Minh khong (and reforming your Ming dynasty)?" he asked her as he looked deep into her eyes....

She looked into his eyes...and said..."me anh co the bo het tat ca de theo cha anh (your mother can let it all go to follow your dad)....va ba khong can phai lap lai nha Tong cua ba (besides she doesn't even need to build her dynasty)....anh nghi em se lam vay sao (do you think I would do that)?" she told him...

He smiled and hugged her...."Quan Dai Ca....em khong can gi het (I don't need anything else)...mien la anh tot voi em nhu bay gio la du roi (as long as you love like now is more than enough)..." she closed her eyes stayed in his arms.....

"So Yen...anh se mai mai yeu em (I'll always love you)...." he tenderly told her...his hands were squeezing her...as never to let her go....

Chapter 38.....Finally...

They arrived on land a two days afterward. The King, Queen and Nguyet Co(Ruby) were waiting for them to come back....

"So Dai Ca...chi Tieu Tinh.....everyone is alright?" the Queen asked them.

"It's over now...everything is fine..." replied Tieu Tinh with a smile...

Nguyet Co was waiting for Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan....she came over...."Quan Dai Ca......can I see you for a minute?" she asked him....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan looked at So Yen...she didn't say anything...just glanced the other way....and walked over the the girls....leaving him and Nguyet Co alone...

"What is it Princess?" he asked her...

"I...I just wanted to know if you change your mind about our marriage?" she boldly asked him....looking deeply into his face...

"Princess....I only love So Yen...and she'll be the only one for me....I'm sorry....toi chi coi co la mot nguoi ban (I only see you as a good friend...like) nhu Dong Nhi, Chi Hoa va Thanh Thanh ma thoi....khong co tinh cam trai gai (there is no love between us)..." he told her.

"Quan Dai Ca....all this time you have never thought of me in that way?" her voice was sad....she looked down at the ground...

"I'm sure you'll find someone more deserving than I'm..." he left it as that and walked away...to So Yen....

Nguyet Co stood there ....tears came down her eyes...she knew there is no way he'll love her....

"Quan Dai Ca..." So Yen turned to him..."Is everything alright with the Princess?" she asked.

"Everything is fine now....thoi minh di (let us go)...." he told her. Holding her hand and lead her away. They said goodbyes to the King and Queen and took off with the others...

Before they headed back to Trung Nguyen....Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan took So Yen to the orchids forest again...."Quan Dai Ca....if only we can stay here is wonderful..." she sighed and looked around at all the beautiful flowers....the last time before they took off.

Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan didn't say anything...he just smiled and took her away....back to Trung Nguyen (main land)....


They got back to Trung Nguyen...

So Luu Huong, Tieu Tinh, Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen said goodbye to the girls, their parents, Ho Thiet Hoa and Ho Phi....

Ho Phi(Felix) had finally won the heart of Dong Nhi(Hai Mi) and they were to be married in the up coming months....as for Chi Hoa(Margie) and Thanh Thanh(Gigi), they have not found their true love yet.....

So Luu Huong and Tieu Tinh went with Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan and So Yen back to their ship....

They were in the main room....having lunch made by So Yen...

"At least So Yen can cook much better than your mom..." So Luu Huong whispered to Ngoc Tieu Lang Quan. So Yen heard it too...she was blushing...

"Don't think I didn't hear that...So Dai Ca..." Tieu Tinh gave him the look....So Luu Huong leaned over to her and said...

"nhung anh lai thich an do nua song nua khet cua em (but I love your half raw half over cooked meals)..." he smiled and pinched her chin...his usual thingyy smile.....

"Not in front of the kids..." she brushed his hand away....

That night was their wedding night....she put on a long elegant lilac and white dress with a purple belt.
