Despite the recent gossip and rumours linking Michael Miu to Melissa Ng on the set of "Disappearance",
the couple in question happily filmed a wedding scene between their characters with no awkwardness or embarrassment as
they both revoked the rumours together. Michael responded: "This is a simple case of creative writing based on the photographs
and there is little to be annoyed about." As for Melissa, she says: "Michael is very courteous and treats everyone the same,
so there is no evidence he is treating me particularly well." She is not afraid of invoking the jealousy of Michael's wife
Jamie Chik because there is no chance of anything happening between them.

Melissa & Michael Go Fishing

Michael Miu and Melissa Ng filmed a romantic fishing and BBQ scene in Sai Kung in a scene that tells of Melissa complaining about her unromantic boyfriend, but in real life she is not a big fan of fishing: "You need a lot of patience for fishing and I am very impatient. After entering this industry, if I have time, I will spend it sleeping!"

As for her thoughts on Michael, she says: "We are only in contact at work, but he is very gallant and looks after both men and women very well. He always asks for feedback after filming and makes me feel very warm." Michael says he is not a very romantic person

Michael Miu and Melissa Ng were interviewed by a radio station and with his series "The Academy" drawing to a close, Michael indicated that as ratings were maintained above 30 points, he was pleased with this. On the day of the finale, Michael plans to get the cast and crew together for a meal and to watch the show. After earlier reports that Miu's factory in Dongguan owed wages to staff, Michael was asked about this and he says that he has responded to this previously and he will not take any notice of false reports. He says: "I have warned my staff not to be used or bribed by these people. From what I understand, the reporters had used my name during their questioning and the staff member's words were twisted. As this person was not aware of this, then I have not reprimanded him and allowed him to continue working at the factory.

Offers of ad work for Michael Miu has been flooding IN recently and since the ending of his series "The Academy", there have been a lot of complaints about the death of his character in the show. Michael says that they are making up for it in real life with all the offers of work that are coming in, ranging from health products to sports equipment. His wife Jamie Chik has also been approached by slimming companies, but Michael says he has put a stop to this because he does not want her wearing skimpy swimwear, but adds that his wife is still undecided because of the pressure.

Michael Miu, Kate Tsui and Lai Lok Yi headed out to Zhongshan earlier to film a real estate ad for TVB and Kate admitted that she has loved watching Michael's series since she was young, so to be able to work with him makes her very happy indeed. Kate is full of praise for him, saying that he is not only handsome and stylish, but also very friendly, offering to teach her to play golf. Asked if she will go golfing with him again after returning to Hong Kong, Kate says: "I don't think so, I am afraid of getting tanned."

As the ad show storyline tells of getting the wrong idea, Kate was asked if she had been in a similar position in real life and she replies: "No, I was very shy in the past, but I have changed now and if I meet someone I like, then I will take the lead and make a move. (Have you been looking around for a property in the mainland?) No, I already have a property there, so if I have the money I would want to buy somewhere in Hong Kong. Unless I get married, I will want to live with my family to keep me company."

Maybe Jamie is jealous because all the women that Michael interact with look better than her. Honestly, if my man looks as good as Michael. I would be hitting the gym or getting a personal trainer. But hey I shouldn't comment on that...hahah

Miu Kiu Wai yesterday attended the ALLIGATOR clothing event in Kwong Zhou. He made an official announcement that he has become the official spokesmon for this brand. Besides signing the paperwork for his contract yesterday, he also held an autograph session. The scene was very packed. Several hundred of his fans came in support of their idol. A lot of female fans came on stage to ask him questions. This made Miu feel awkward!

Michael responded about his fans. "I'm so happy to see so many of my fans here at this event. I think its because of my past tv series and most recent that has gotten so many people so attracted."

Miu says that how much he is getting paid for this clothing brand spokesperson spot is not at all important. As long as both sides are satisfy with each other, and Miu says most important is that the advertisment business is willing to cooperate.

In addition, Miu Kiu Wai was asked about Maggie Cheung Hor-Yee's illness and being unable to continue with filming Shanghai Fung Wah. He says that it is such a pity! "It is the first time we were going to film together! But after filming her face began to swell possibly because of the medicine she has been taken. I really hope that we will get a chance in the future to collaborate."

Wow, thanks for all the news Tam. Even after all this time, Miu can still get endorsements, which really proves how charismatic he is. I am very happy for all that he has accomplished. But anyhow, I was looking at the way he put his arms around Kate, and he seemed so uncomfortable doing it. His face shows this type of awkwardness and it just doesn't seem natural. Oh yeah, welcome to the forum Vicky! I am so glad to see a new face in here =D Hope you'll be posting more often! =D
