I played this game EVERY DAY really liked it. Somehow they took all my points and levels and tell me to start over! I was on level 329! REALLY.. I LOVED THIS GAME BUT I DON'T SEE STARTING ALL OVER... Its not me or my phone none of my other games were affected.. Sure would like to get levels back.. PLEASE
Fun little game so far , fast moving in a fun way , just started playing it so am looking forward to what happens next .

Fun in the beginning, but you start to see a pattern that you cant win. You have to keep playing a lvl for days until they give you a winnable lvl.Its like the lottery. Just not worth the effort.
Your latest update has created confusion with the rebounding jewels' movements and no bears in spaces in level 556. Even tho it appears that there are valid moves with jewels to create 3, 4, or 5 in a row, the jewels move back to their original state. When moving another jewel in another area to create the match, the place where I tried to move the jewel the first time shows up as a bear, where one was not there before.
Is nice. But I can't stand the commercial every episode. It has to go. It can be a very nice game. But not for me. I have to wait for 30sec for a commercial is a mode destroyer
so far i like it but im not buying anything. a little challenge is ok. but i hope this one doesn't try to force me to buy power up by making it impossible to win suddenly like bejewed stars it was great until i only had a few move which made it impossible so i deleted it
Updated comment. The bugs I mentioned previously have been fixed for the most part. The bug I have now is that when multiple powered up jewels are triggered they don't always clear tiles as expected. This is hard to capture but e.g. If there is a box with 2 bars (meaning 3 htis should obliterate it) and 3 power gems go off in that row, the box doesn't always get destroyed. Same for ice blocks. When sliding a power jewel into a gem this is when it's most noticeable but I cannot screenshot it.
Downgraded to 2 stars. Emailed multiple times with ad issues. Anyone working over there? Your free play and additional 3 move ads are not working! There is no way to close them...need to shut down the whole app. Just updated and still not working. Sent email 1 week ago. Please fix! Other than that great game but loses stars for this.

It is one of the most fun game that I have played in a while.
You should have a better idea when you can't buy the coins. Like watch a video to get money when you are out of time. I don't use PayPal I shouldn't have to. Every game I play I have a choice to watch a video or use money or PayPal. I don't want an account just to play s game.
I have been playing this game for many years. but lately I've noticed that some of the games don't seem like they're real thought out.it gets real boring. but overall I give it a four.
Better for children than adults; it praises the player a lot. Also is very cute, but I didn't like being stopped from playing so the game could display It's own graphics after scoring. I want to play, not wait to play.

Level 711 is impossible to go through. This level needs to collect 8 keys in 35 moves. However, the system stops producing keys after 17 moves. I have been stuck at this level for months.
Your ads never work. No free gifts but you added this stupid treasure option and it has adds Hey any one reading this, down load farm crush or any other jewel game. They are never going to fix this one. Sad, I used to enjoy it. Jerks
The levels can be difficult and running out of lives keeps me from playing too long. Won't spend money on a game. Wins are somewhat based on skill but feel like the algorithm drives your overall success rate
Mehh, graphics need work, also played it for over a year got a new phone lost alllll progress. I stick with toyblast/toonblast
This is one of the first game's I played when I brought a phone in the early 2000 now it's 2021 and I still play this game when it let me I like working my mind

And here I am again not being able to play on for lack of lives, unless I spend. Nowhere above does it say you can only play this game if you spend money. I'm starting to think you're con artists!

In some ways this game deserves 4/5 stars but it is not happy go lucky joy time. If you like generic "puzzle" games that are specifically designed to leave a sense of being cheated fill your boots. If like me, you get tired of the attrition leave it, brain training it aint. Scurrilous it may be, as it tries so hard.
The thing that I hate this games, that technically 95-99 percentage of the times still got moved but it says out of moves when is not.
this game wastes time. it doesn't give you any rewards when you pass lots of levels. all it does is to buy life
Addictive, some levels are extremely difficult to manage wo using paid help. Level 416 is a total nightmare, probably on my 30-th attempt.

So far this game is allowing to make my mind think about different strategies. As long as it does not require spending real money, I will continue playing. Rewards are a bit low. But we shall see.

All these games with jelels or cookie jam, or even Andy crush such they have too many advertising, cheating, tricks or want to play the game for u. If they show u how to play the 1st one than let u play it on ur owen ok but they some time show too many ex: or none those are the ones I delet & give a 1 star. I like the older games & the race car with talking Tom but even that one was changed & now harder to play. I'm looking for new better games.

I always loved playing bejeweled blitz but this one doesn't give you enough money to buy the special boosters. I still play it but not as often
The app use to work good but the last week and a half it keeps saying not responding and sez close app or wait for responding but it doesn't matter if you press wait for response it still closes the longest it stays opened is for 5 or 6 minutes most of the time it closes in 1or2 minutes

This is my favorite game.. But having words flashed across the screen is annoying.. I have also notice at new levels clearing the white squares usally takes 3 times to clear them, first time you match to a white square showing that the first time hitting one gives you the loss of a move and nothing else..
Can't download the latest 2.32 version. The one that Google play shows me is the v2.30.1 and I know there is the newer one available cuz I got it on my other phone. I wiped all data and cache from Google play and Google play services... I deleted and reactivated my Google acc.. nothing. Keeps showing me the 2.30.1 version as latest to download in the store. Help?
Support link on the app doesn't work, so good luck getting assistance when the app doesn't work. Whenever you click spin again, or watch video, if bricks ball crusher shows up, no video plays and you don't get your extra doing or 3 turns. Bricks ball crusher just closes and nothing else happens.

I Love this game up until today when my points disappeared from my game. I know I didn't use them because I was saving them to buy some extra game help. I have been playing this game for a year now this is the third time and I am sending you this it's just not game why are you taking points. I am going to find something else to play thin is sad. This game cheats you better watch your points try to make me buy points when I didn't it took about 210 points it's a dam shame..

I enjoy playing this game but every time the Royal Match ad comes on you cannot exit without force closing the app. You need to find a new ad because it is very annoying and I am ready to uninstall Jewels Legend.

**Update: Ad for Evony game won't let you get back to game. No "x" or close. If I leave game, go back, it's still on the ad **I have enjoyed this game for a long time. However, lately if I play a video to get moves, not only the game but my whole screen locks up. I have to restart phone. This is especially frustrating when I am close to clearing a level and lose it all. I have a Google Pixel XL and the app is updated.
